A little letter from Homeland Secruity
Tonight as I was finishing walking the dog I stopped off to check the mailbox. In our mail along with the usual catalogs, credit card offers, and coupons junk; I found a letter addressed from "Department of Homeland Security; U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services".
Monica and I quickly opened the letter and received the great news that we have been approved for our child's advance visa application. This document that we received today is called I-171H and is valid for the next 18 months. We couldn't send our application to
We are getting very anxious as we get closer and closer but this was a great milestone in our journey toward our being united with our little one. This is a happy day for us and we wanted to share it with everyone who has been so supportive and excited for us to beginning our family.
